Who can join the platform?

Business Cash Back is designed for small businesses. Any USA-based business can join and use the platform completely free, no hidden fees.

How do I join the platform?

You can instantly sign up for free by entering your email address and creating a password. You will receive a verification email. Verify your email and start earning cash back right away.

How do I qualify for the $10 Bonus?

You automatically qualify for the $10 bonus when you sign up. The $10 bonus is for new members only and requires that you earn $10 cash back within 180 days of sign up. Once you earn $10 cash back within 180 days, your $10 bonus is added to your balance.

How does the platform work?

Browse discounts and cash back on products and services from leading vendors for your everyday business needs. When you find a deal on your platform, click on the deal or “shop now” button to purchase through the vendor’s website. These Vendors pay us a commission for the transaction in which we share it with you. It’s that easy! Therefore, cash back is automatically added to your account after your purchase on the Vendor’s website.* Your cash back balance is paid out to you via Check, Paypal or E-Gift Card.**

Are there any fees for me to use the platform?

There are no fees. Business Cash Back is free to sign up for and free to use – with no monthly or annual fees.

What kind of deals can I find on the platform?

You’ll find discounts and cash back rewards on products and services for your everyday business needs – with a wide range of categories that includes office supplies, digital services, and marketing.

Is the platform mobile friendly?

Yes. You can use Business Cash Back on both your mobile and desktop devices.

How will you use the information I provide through the platform?

We only use your information to curate personalized offers that best match your needs. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

There is a vendor I use but I don’t see them on platform, what do I do?

You can help them join Business Cash Back! Give us their information through our contact page and we can reach out or direct them to our ‘partner with us’ page so they can start their vendor application.

Does using Business Cash Back affect my cashback rewards credit card?

Not at all. Business Cash Back is independent from all other rewards methods and has zero impact on your other rewards.

How long does it take cash back to show up in my account?

You can expect your cash back in your account within 24-48 hours after making a purchase. Cash Back will show up as “Pending” until approved by the Vendor which can take up to 30-60 days or less (depending on Vendor’s Cancellation and Return Policy).

What if my cash back rewards don’t show up in my account?

We can help you claim missing rewards by filling out an order inquiry with the vendor. To create an order inquiry, follow these steps:

  • Log in and go to "My Account"
  • Select "Order Inquiry"
  • Fill out the requested information on your transaction missing cash back rewards
  • We’ll contact the vendor about reclaiming your missing rewards and get back to you ASAP

What is the Business Cash Back Spending Dashboard?

The spending dashboard gives you insight into your spending and savings – helping you uncover more value for your business with dashboards for:

  • Spending breakdown by category & subcategory
  • Complete transaction history
  • Your favorite vendors & deals

Why is it important for me to complete my business profile?

Our goal is to help your business grow. The information you share on your business profile will help us give you personalized recommendations for the best vendors, deals, and rewards for your business.

Why is my Cash Back still pending?

Transactions are pending until the vendor confirms that the transaction is valid and not returned or cancelled. Once approved then the Cash Back is added to your Account Balance.

Why has my Cash Back been declined?

This could be for one of two reasons:

  1. The transaction was either cancelled or returned and therefore the Vendor has denied the Cash Back.
  2. Your transaction used a coupon code that was not listed on the Vendor’s page of Business Cash Back and therefore the Vendor has denied the Cash Back.

Please reach out to us through the contact us page if you are having an issue with a transaction so we can help resolve the matter.

How do I check how much cash back I’ve accumulated?

Your account balance shows your current approved Cash Back transactions. Your pending Cash Back balance is transactions that are still to be approved by the Vendor. You can also see your lifetime cash back earned by viewing your transaction history.

How do I update my member account information?

Go to "My Account" then "Business Profile" to update your information.

How to I update my email notifications?

Go to "My Account" then "Account Settings" to update email notifications.

How do I cancel my account?

We appreciate your business and we’re sorry to see you go. Please email members@businesscashback.com to cancel your account. Your current cash back balance will be paid out. Pending transactions will be paid out on the next cycle once they’re confirmed. Before you cancel, we encourage you to reach out to us via our Contact page so that we can help with any issues that you’re having. You can expect a response within 24 hours.

CASH BACK & PAYMENTS

What is a cash back rewards platform?

A cash back rewards platform pays members either a percentage or flat rate of money back when they purchase goods and services from participating vendors.

How do I make sure that my purchases track?

Firstly, you need to make sure you are logged into Business Cash Back. When you find a deal, click on the deal or "shop now" button to purchase through the vendor’s website, an Intermediary Page will open instructing next steps to do on the Vendor’s website. After the purchase is completed, cash back transaction is automatically added to your Business Cash Back account balance.

When do I receive my cash back?

Your cash back balance is paid to you anytime by pressing the request payout button located on the "Money & Spending" section in your Member Dashboard.

What payout options are available?

Go to "My Account" then "Payout Settings", there are 3 payment options for you to choose from to receive your payout,

  1. By PayPal - please specify your PayPal email address to receive payment. Please note there are PayPal fees charged by PayPal. Please allow 48 hours after payout date to receive payment.
  2. By Check - Check is made to your Company name and mailing address specified. Please allow 2 weeks after requesting payment to receive payment.
  3. By E-Gift Card - please select your e-gift card of choice and email address to receive it. Please allow 48 hours after payment request to receive payment.

How do you earn cash back on Travel category?

Cash back will only be paid once you have completed your travel. This applies to Flights, Hotels & Car Rentals.
